Note that the registration process must be completed for each participant separately. You can not register several delegates in one step.
LETTER OF INVITATION: for visa applications some participants might need a “letter of invitation”. You can order such a letter as part of the online registration process.

†To qualify as a student delegate, you must currently be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate programme, or have recently completed your degree after the prior year’s conference.
*The workshop fee includes attendance to the workshop, lunch, coffee break.
**The IRCOBI conference fee includes attendance to all sessions, access to the proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, the welcome reception and the conference dinner.
***The late registration conference fee includes attendance to all sessions, access to the proceedings, lunches, and coffee breaks. Access to the welcome reception and conference dinner is not included. You will be invited for the reception and dinner if there are still seats available.
Note that special rates for Council and SRC members are only available during early registration phase, i.e. until 10 August.
Payment
Payment must be made by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).
Cancellation Policy
To receive a 100% refund of your conference registration fee, cancellations must be received in writing to IRCOBI secretariat no later than 15 August 2026. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after 15 August 2026.
